Changing the Subscription Period of Your Plan

Learn how to change your subscription billing cycle from monthly to yearly.

At Tiger Finder, we offer both monthly and yearly billing cycles to best suit your needs. If you are currently on a monthly plan and would like to switch to a yearly cycle to take advantage of long-term savings, you can do so easily within your account settings.

To upgrade your billing cycle:

  1. Click Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription section and click Manage Billing.

  3. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe billing portal.

  4. Click Update subscription and select your new Billing cycle: Yearly.

  5. Click Confirm to save your changes.

Important: When you switch to a longer plan cycle, the upgrade takes effect immediately.

Can I change my billing cycle if I’ve already turned off auto-renewal?

To change your billing cycle, your subscription must be active. You will first need to turn auto-renewal back on in your settings. Once active, the Manage Billing button will allow you to switch your billing cycle via the Stripe portal..

Can I switch from a Monthly to a Yearly billing cycle?

Yes! You can upgrade to a yearly cycle at any time through your Settings. When you upgrade, your new yearly term begins immediately.

Can I switch from a Yearly billing cycle back to a Monthly one?

No. At this time, we only support upgrades from monthly to yearly. Once you have committed to a yearly subscription, it is not possible to downgrade to a monthly cycle.

What happens to the remaining days on my monthly plan if I upgrade to yearly today?

Any unused time remaining on your current monthly cycle will be calculated as a pro-rated credit and automatically applied toward the cost of your new yearly plan.

Will I be notified before my yearly subscription renews?

Yes, Stripe will send a reminder email to your registered address before your yearly subscription is set to renew, ensuring you have plenty of notice regarding the upcoming charge.
