Managing Your Lists and Exporting Results

Organize your creator searches, learn how to manage custom lists, set default save settings, and export your results.

Finding the right creator is just the first step. Once you’ve used Natural Language Search to find your niche, you need a way to organize your top picks and identify the best candidates for your campaign.

Tiger Finder provides tools to help you move from a broad search to a curated shortlist.

1. Creating Your First List:

When you find a creator that fits your criteria, add them to a List. They allow you to separate creators by campaign (e.g., "Summer Launch") or by niche (e.g., "Tech Reviewers").

To create a List:

  1. Click My Lists on the left side menu.

  2. Click +Create list button in the top right:

3. In the pop up window, enter Name, Description(optional) and click Create List:

2. Managing Your Lists:

If you’re working with multiple lists, you can pick one to be your Default:

  1. Click My Lists on the left side menu.

  2. Click Show more icon (...) on the list you want to prioritize.

  3. Click Set as Default:

This way, once you’ve found the right creator, just click the Save button and they will be automatically added to your default list:

Alternatively, by clicking on the arrow next to the Save button, you can add them to an existing list or create a new list:

2. Comparing Creators via Sorting:

Once you have a list of potential creators, use the Sort Arrows to see who leads in the metrics that matter most to you. This is the fastest way to compare your results side-by-side:

  • Sort by Followers: Best for sheer brand awareness. This shows you who has the largest potential reach at a glance.

  • Sort by Total Likes: A great way to see who has the most "proven" history on the platform. High likes over time usually mean a creator has sustained their popularity.

  • Sort by Engagement: Use this to find the "Fan Favorites." If two creators have similar content, the one with the higher engagement rate is usually the better choice for building trust.

3. Exporting Your Lists:

You can export your filtered results into a CSV file directly from the dashboard. This gives you a clean spreadsheet with all the metrics (Engagement, Likes, Followers) so you can track your outreach progress in your own tools.

To export your lists into a CSV file:

  1. Click My Lists on the left side menu and select the list you want to export.

  2. Click Export Profiles in the top right:
