Turning Off Auto Renewal for a Tiger Finder Subscription

Learn how to disable auto-renewal for your Tiger Finder subscription.

Your subscription renews automatically to prevent service interruptions. You can disable auto-renewal anytime in your account settings to prevent being charged for the next period.

To turn the auto-renewal off:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription section and click Manage Billing.

  3. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe billing portal.

  4. Click Cancel subscription.

  5. In the next tab, click Cancel Subscription to confirm.

    Note: This does not terminate your access immediately. You will continue to have access to Tiger Finder until the end of your current billing period.

Can I change my mind and turn auto renewal back on?

Yes. You can turn auto-renewal back on again any time before the end of the subscription period. Your plan will renew on the next payment date as normal.

To turn auto renew back on:

  1. Go to the Settings tab in your account.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription section and click Manage Billing.

  3. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe billing portal.

  4. Click Don't Cancel Subscription:

Will I lose my data if I turn off auto-renewal?

No. We keep your lists and search data safe even after your subscription ends, allowing you to pick up right where you left off if you choose to reactivate later.

What happens if my renewal payment fails?

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry over several days. You will receive an email notification to update your payment method via the Manage Billing section to avoid losing access.
