Learn how to invite members, share creator lists, and collaborate to vet the best influencers for your campaigns.

Tiger Team plan turns Tiger Finder into a shared workspace where your team discovers, vets, and saves influencers side by side. By bringing your workflow into one synced workspace, you eliminate duplicate work and move from campaign briefs to actual outreach much faster.

What is a Team

A team on Tiger Finder is a shared environment that connects your colleagues under a single subscription. Instead of each person rebuilding the same lists, everyone works from the same pool of saved influencers. This allows everyone to search for creators, analyze metrics, and build campaign shortlists together.

Roles and Permissions

Tiger Finder uses simple roles to separate account administration from daily creator research, keeping your workspace secure and organized.

  1. Team Owner has full access to the app, plus account-level control:

    • Full access to every discovery feature and shared influencer list

    • Manages billing and the subscription(the only role that has access to the Billing tab)

    • Invites new members and removes existing ones

    • Initiates ownership transfer or team closure

    • Access to all account and team settings

  2. Team members have full access to the app, with account-level actions reserved for the owner:

    • Full access to every discovery feature and shared influencer list

    • Can leave the team at any time

    • Cannot access the Billing tab

    • Cannot remove other members

    • Cannot transfer ownership

How Team Seats Work

The Tiger Team plan includes a total of 3 seats. The owner, the person who purchased the plan, automatically occupies one of them, which leaves 2 seats to invite other members.

Important: Every invitation counts against your quota the moment it's sent, including invitations that are still pending a response.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: If you hit your seat limit because a teammate never accepted their invite, simply remove the stale pending invitation to free up the seat, then send an invite to the correct email address.

Inviting Team Members

Team owner can send email invitations to members directly from the account settings dashboard.

  1. Open the Team tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Members section and click Invite member:

3. Enter member's email address and click Send invite.

The invited member will receive an email containing a direct link to accept the invitation and join your team workspace. The invitation link is valid for 7 days.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: If the link expires or a member misses the email, the team owner can resend the invitation directly from the Members section in their account settings:

Sharing Influencer Lists

Lists are shared across your team automatically with no manual sharing step required. The moment any member saves a list, it appears for everyone on the team so your whole team is always looking at the same vetted shortlists.

Leaving or Removing Members

Members can leave the team at any time, and the owner can remove any member whenever it is needed.

Removing a Member(For Team Owners):

  1. Open the Team tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Members section.

  3. Click show more icon (...) next to the member you want to remove.

  4. Click Remove in the drop-down:

Leaving a Team(For Team Members):

  1. Open the Team tab.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  3. Click Leave the Team:

Important: Your lists stay put. If a member who leaves or is removed originally created any lists, those lists remain active in the owner account and nothing is deleted when the member goes.

Transferring team ownership

If you want to transfer team ownership to another user, please contact the Tiger Finder support team through the chat bubble in the app.

FAQs

Why can't I invite a third member?

Pending invitations count as used seats. If you have sent two invites that have not been accepted yet, both seats are occupied. You can remove a pending invitation to free up a seat and then send the new invite.

Why don't I see a Billing tab?

Only the team owner has access to billing. If you joined as an invited member, this tab won't appear for you.

What happens to a member's lists when they leave?

They stay active in the owner's account and are never deleted, so no shortlists are lost when someone leaves the team.

Can I transfer team ownership myself?

No, ownership transfers are handled entirely by Tiger Finder support team to keep your workspace secure. Use the Contact support button under Team ownership or the chat bubble in the app, and we will process the transfer.
